These general conditions of sale apply, without restriction or reservation, to all items for sale on Fripestyle (www.fripestyle.com) (hereinafter referred to as “our site”).

The fact for a natural or legal person to order on our site implies full and complete acceptance of these general conditions of sale. They are accessible at any time on our site and will prevail, where applicable, over any other version and over the Customer's own general conditions of purchase or others.

Article 2 - Price

The costs  are expressed including VAT and are understood to be in Euros.  Delivery costs are added to the order, these are clearly indicated before proceeding.  on payment. The client must  pay all purchases made to order via one of our payment methods (credit card, paypal or bank transfer)

Item  3  - Withdrawal period

​

The articles  are delivered as quickly as possible, taking into account the chosen method (at home or at a relay point). The invoice is sent to the Customer after payment of the order, in the case of a manual payment (bank transfer) it is sent upon receipt of the sum. The parties therefore agree that the sending of the invoice may not give rise to the exercise of any right of withdrawal between the placing of the order and the receipt of the package (s). the  return  item (s) that will not satisfy  not the customer upon receipt are authorized subject to certain conditions, to be found here .

Article 4  - Responsibility

Fripestyle is an online vintage clothing store. The  items on our site are second-hand clothing. They have been worn and show signs of wear due to use and time.  Although  we take care very carefully  To  select the most impeccable parts possible, these are nevertheless second-hand items. The description of the parts mention the characteristics of the garment, its general condition and its various defects, if any. In addition, the article is accompanied by a series of photographs (article worn -with the measurements of the models-  or in detail)  and any visible defects in the garment. Our site cannot be held responsible for any wear and tear  mentioned or visible in the presentation of the item (s) purchased and this said wear will not give rise to any exchange or refund. 

Fripestyle delegates delivery to the carrier Mondial Relay , our site cannot be held responsible for delivery problems occurring after the delivery of the package (s) to the carrier. We will nevertheless make sure to support you in the follow-up of any dispute or transport problems.

Your registration allows you to keep your personal information  (first name, last name, email and address) throughout your shopping  and proceed to payment  of your order.  Member area  provides a clear view of  your orders as well as their history.
