After payment of your order, we notify you of its dispatch, the deadlines  can be 1 to 3 business days.

As part of the relay point delivery option, we select the relay point closest to you.

We also provide you with a tracking number.

We are not responsible for any delays, loss or damage to your package  by the carrier Mondial Relay . However, we make sure to support you in your dealings with the carrier, contact us immediately if this happens to you.

Returns and Refunds

Articles can be  exchanged or refunded if they are returned to us  within 7 days from the date of receipt of your order in their original condition  (any returned item that would have deterioration subsequent to our dispatch will not be refunded  neither exchanged) . Contact us without further delay, we will send you the address to return your item (s) to.
Please note that the shipping costs will be your responsibility. 
To avoid errors  read the description of the articles carefully and pay attention to the sizes mentioned as well as to the photographs  accompanying  the articles.

In the event of an error on our part in the order (incorrect part), contact us without further delay. We will send you the address to return your item to and  shipping costs (via Mondial Relay relay point ) will be refunded to you as well as the value of your item.
